The best Witchbrook date locations are the ones your companion responds to, rather than a universal scenic route. You choose two different activities, and the game's contextual chatter helps you work out what that particular covenmate enjoys. A complete, verified favourite-location chart for every character is not available yet.
There is still a useful method to follow: use the date map to find possible activities, listen during the journey, make choices around the person's reactions and finish by taking them home.
Separate activity choices from chatter spots
Witchbrook has over 200 date-chatter spots throughout the world. At these locations, the companion can comment on something that catches their attention.
That does not mean you must fit 200 activities into two slots. The two-activity structure describes what you plan to do on the date; the chatter system adds moments while you move around Mossport.
The distinction matters when looking at a map or screenshot. A place can prompt conversation without being a selected activity, and an attractive landmark does not automatically count as a successful date destination.

Heart markers identify possible stops; a marker does not establish that every companion likes the place.
Start with the map's possible stops
The TGS hands-on account describes heart markers on the map as a way to find date spots. It then has the player move around town and judge how the companion feels about the places they visit.
Use those markers to identify possibilities rather than treating them as an ordered walkthrough. The date's purpose is to understand what the person enjoys, and the reveal deliberately gives you freedom to choose where to go.
The official examples illustrate several kinds of encounter:
| Example | What it can contribute to the outing |
|---|---|
| Jewellery shop | A chance to hear what the companion thinks of that shop or subject |
| The college's romantic bridge | A familiar college location that can prompt a personal reaction |
| Seaweed on the beach | A less conventional detail that might interest somebody |
None is identified as every character's favourite. The beach example is especially useful because it shows that a date reaction can come from an ordinary detail, not just an obviously romantic venue.
Let conversation change the next choice
Your companion may hint that they would like to stop somewhere, or make it clear that a particular activity does not appeal. That information can make the next activity choice more personal.
For example, the revealed outing with Eli includes an awkward reaction at the college toilets. The lesson is not that this provides a complete list of Eli's dislikes. It shows the game can recognise an unromantic stop rather than automatically rewarding every place you visit.

The chatter occurs while the activity counter still shows 0/2, illustrating the distinction between conversation and selected activities.
A sensible way to use the disclosed system is:
- Identify possible activities on the map.
- Travel with the companion and notice the contextual comments.
- Use a clear expression of interest or reluctance when choosing the next activity.
- Complete two different activities rather than treating travel chatter as the whole outing.
- Take the companion home and see how the date concludes.
This is a method for responding to the game, not a tested route that guarantees success. It avoids assigning preferences simply from a character's clothes, job or visual theme.
Finish at the correct home
The result becomes apparent when you drop your companion off at home. Both good and bad dates are meant to show their outcome clearly at that point.
The TGS report notes that the numbers displayed at doorways help locate the right house. That makes the home address relevant to completing the outing, not just a detail in a character profile.
For the currently introduced covenmates, the official profiles give these homes:
| Covenmate | Home address |
|---|---|
| Hana | 1 Pepper Street |
| Eli | 2 Adelard Cross |
| Cormac | 1 Whitecap Esplanade |
| Pip | 2 Fresnel Road |
| Leif | 3 Marble Road |
| Evadne | 1 Coracle Road |
| Kiara | 2 Casterwick Avenue |
These addresses identify the homes. They are not claims that each character stays there all day or that you can begin an outing whenever you arrive at the door.
Read success in the context of the relationship
Different covenmates are ready to date at different points in their personal stories. A well-chosen location is one part of a broader relationship built through time together, gifts and regular contact.
A successful date can lead to another, while going steady is a later commitment expressed through its own post-office card. The game's existing framework gives you feedback during the outing and at its end; it does not reduce every character to a single destination you can repeat for a guaranteed romance.
